TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) The Client / The Commissioner / The Consumer - You, the party that is requesting this service.
(2) The Artist - The party that is performing this service.
(3) The Product - The artistic piece being produced through this service by the Artist
(4) The Sketch - The first stage of the product being produced.Conditions1. The Client agrees to provide clear, legible, and concise references, visual or written, for the Artist. Failure to do so will result in the Client's service being declined.
2. The Client agrees to pay the Artist no less than 50% of the quoted total upon receiving the Sketch from the Artist. The Client also agrees to pay the remainder of the quoted total before receiving the Product. Failure to do so will result in the Artist keeping all payments made, and the Client will not receive the Product.
2a. The Client may request a payment plan, to be negotiated with the Artist, for services exceeding $250.
3. The Client retains all ownership and rights to their characters, titles, and other intellectual properties.
4. The Artist retains all rights to the Product, including the right to reproduce, alter, and resell the Product.
4a. The Client may negotiate with the Artist regarding rights to reproduce, alter, and resell the Product.
5. The Artist retains the right to decline service for any Clients requesting discriminatory or hateful imagery.
6. The Artist retains the right to approve or decline service for any Clients on an individual basis for imagery deemed, by the Artist,
6a. Sexual or Fetishist

6c. Violent or Gorey
6d. Humorously OffensiveReplication and Usage1. The Client may reproduce the Product for the purpose of physical goods, including but not limited to, physical prints or traditional works.
2. The Client may not reproduce the Product for the purpose of sale on any platforms or services that use Cryptocurrency, Non-Fungible Tokens, or other Web3 technology. Clients found to be involved with breaching of this condition will be charged for all sales and profits made at the point of discovery.Refunds and Cancellations1. The Artist reserves the right to cancel or refund a Client's Product for any reason, including poor communication or behavior, or inability to finish the Product.
2. In the event the Client does not contact the Artist for a period of three (3) months, or 90 days, the Artist reserves the right to keep all payments made, and retains full ownership of the Product.The client is required to read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions above. Failure to do so may result in the Client's request for service being denied, with any payments being refunded or kept at the Artist's discretion.
